Lorenzo Neil Football Camp (Contact) (June 22-26, 2008 @ San Diego State University)
|
|
Lorenzo Neil does not make token appearances. He really teaches while at camp!
About Camp
During the first practice, each player will be evaluated. All players will be assigned a veteran coaching staff with approximately a 10:1 ratio to ensure individual and team instruction on both offense and defense.
The coaching staff will thoroughly train and prepare each player during the entire camp to be a better, more confident football player! Parents and relatives are encouraged to attend the final practice and awards ceremony. During the camp, Keenan McCardell and/or members of the San Diego Chargers will teach the same offensive and defensive techniques that they are taught by the best coaches of the NFL!
Our goal is to give each camper the finest football instruction available and a program they will never forget! There will be individual instruction for quarterbacks, running backs, centers, linemen, ends, flankers, linebackers, special teams, and secondary! Once you have enrolled, more detailed information will be mailed to you regarding what to bring, arrival time, etc.

2008 NFL Junior Player Development Camp (Contact) (FREE CAMP) (April 14 – 24, 2008 @ Francis Parker School)
|
|
Developed to provide a template for high school football programs, as well as additional access to youth tackle football, the program provides step-by-step instruction for every team position to boys between the ages of 12 and 14 in a fun and engaging environment.
The program integrates on-field skills development with life skills and character development. As they plan for future high school interscholastic activities, participants receive instruction from NFL-selected high school coaches, as well as counseling that focuses around a weekly life skill.
Each life skill theme is addressed through the context of football with instructors making connections between life skills as they are applied on the field, in school, at home and in the community.
In addition, through a youth coach's development program that provides more than 60 hours of practical training, coaches learn how to properly teach all game fundamentals and how to creatively and effectively apply life skill messages.
